A R L – El Afilador

Through this track, ARL explores the evolution of work in the face of technological progress: new professions emerge, some are transformed and others disappear.

The knife sharpener continues working while the world changes around him. His figure connects the manual work of the past with a present dominated by machines, systems and new forms of production that reveal an uncertain future for humanity.

Mechanical rhythms and constant movement accompany this process of change.
